Privacy policy
Here you can read which data we collect when you visit our site, request catering, apply for a job or sign up for our franchise plans, and what we do with it. Last updated on 1 October 2026.
Who we are
Zino's Den Haag is run by Ronda Food Concepts B.V., Wilhelminastraat 70, 1211 GM Hilversum, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce number 96616105. You can find our shop at Korte Poten 63, 2511 EC The Hague. We are responsible for what happens with your data through eatzinos.nl.
Questions about your data? Email achmed@eatzinos.nl.
Catering requests
When you request catering, we ask for your name, company, phone number, email address, date and time, number of people, delivery address and, if applicable, your Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, cost center and billing details. We need these to send you a proposal, deliver your order and invoice it.
If you share allergies or dietary requirements, we only use them to prepare your order safely. By filling them in, you consent to this.
Job applications
When you apply, we ask for your name, age, phone number, email address, the position you are looking for, how many days you want to work, when you can start and a short motivation. We only use this to review your application and to contact you.
Franchise sign ups
If you sign up because you are interested in your own Zino's, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, city or region and whatever you tell us about yourself. We only use this to keep you posted on our franchise plans and to contact you. Signing up is free of obligation and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Visiting our site and cookies
Only if you give permission in the cookie banner do we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. Google Analytics shows us how many visitors we have, how they found us and which pages they view. The Meta Pixel measures the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and helps us reach visitors again later. This involves data such as pages viewed, device, browser, approximate location and a cookie ID.
If you do not give permission, we do not place these cookies. We store your choice in your own browser, so the banner does not come back on every visit. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
- _ga and _ga_ from Google Analytics, kept for up to 2 years
- _fbp from Meta, kept for up to 3 months
- zn_consent, your cookie choice, stays in your browser until you change or clear it
Ordering online
Online orders go through the ordering platform Onesix. Which data you enter there and how it is processed is described in the privacy policy on that platform.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We work with a few services that process data for us: Webflow for our website and forms, Google for email and statistics and Meta for advertising. Some of these companies are based in the United States. They take part in the EU and US Data Privacy Framework or use the standard contractual clauses drawn up by the European Commission.
How long we keep data
- Catering requests: up to 2 years after our last contact. We keep billing details for 7 years, because the law requires it.
- Job applications: up to 4 weeks after the application process ends. If we would like to keep your details for a future vacancy, we will ask you first and keep them for 1 year at most.
- Franchise sign ups: up to 2 years after you sign up or after our last contact. If you want to be removed earlier, we delete your data right away.
- Google Analytics statistics: 14 months at most.
Security
Our site runs on a secure connection and only the people who handle your request, application or sign up can see your data.
Your rights
You can always ask which data we have about you, and have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to its use, ask us to limit its use, have your data transferred and withdraw consent you gave earlier. Email your request to achmed@eatzinos.nl. We will respond within one month.
Complaints
Not happy with how we handle your data? Let us know first, and we will sort it out together. You always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Changes
If we update this privacy policy, you will see it in the date at the top of this page.
